In 1987, Brookings Institution held a conference on the subject of the world-wide tax reform. In his closing report, Joseph Pechman noted that the successful tax reform in the United States in 1987 has encouraged many other countries to fix their tax systems.
This paper gives thoughtful recommendations to taxation reform in Israel.
