Policy Towards External Schools

The purpose of this study was examine the alignment between the Ministry of Education policy to raise the number of pupils who qualify for the bagrut exams (end of high school matriculation exams) and the external high schools in Israel. The question is whether to strengthen the external school system in the hopes of achieving a higher number of bagrut qualifiers among high school students.
